Hello Girls
Just wanted to say thank you for staying open late for Mum yesterday afternoon.
I am so pleased she found a dress for my wedding, the two ladies who served us were lovely, patient, and really understood how to help mum find her outfit.
Just nice to send a thank you message every so often.

We are so pleased that we took the time to drive over 45 miles to your shop, it was well worth the drive. Your staff were very welcoming and displayed honest opinions while my wife and another lady customer and her daughter were shopping for dresses . Both in fact were mothers of the groom (not the bride!) After Three and a half hours of trying on many dresses, a decision was made and my wife was both pleased and excited that she had achieved her dream of finding a dress that she felt very comfortable wearing and now is looking forward to our sons wedding day to wear it. From a husbands point of view I must say it was a long time!|(11.30am to 3pm) but it flew by as the staff looked after me and supplied me with hot drinks - I was quite flattered as the other lady customer genuinely was asking for my opinion on her choices! OK now for the scores on the doors.................10 out of 10 for excellent staff and a great selection of dresses that made my wife's day trying them all on. I will also be very proud of her on my sons wedding day when she is wearing it!

I love it when they ring and let me know that something I might like has come in- I have been known to complain when they didn't let me know something was in!! They are very good at helping me put things together- I get my fair share of compliments. I love their costume jewellery- funky and unusual. Their Sales are legendary- I have friends who live in Bromley and Yorkshire who come to Colchester just for their Sales!
